Returns and Exchanges

If you have your Original Invoice:

  • Please enclose a copy of the invoice and complete the return with reason for return, ship the invoice and the return item(s) and accessories it any, and all original packaging.

1-15 Days after Purchase:

  • If you paid via Credit Card then you'll receive credit to the same credit card

  • If you paid via check or wire transfer then you'll receive a check return

Over 15 Days after Purchase:

  • If you paid via check, credit card, wire transfer, then you'll receive a company credit

If you do not have your original Invoice

  • Please call 630-243-6360 for instruction on how to return item(s). After we have verified the sale we will issue a Company Credit.

How Do I Return Or Exchange an Item?

  • Write on the back of a copy of the original invoice the reason for the return.

  • Include your phone number or e-mail address in case we need to contact you.

  • Enclose the copied invoice with your return, and send it to:

  • Please ship your parcel via a traceable shipping method.

  • Returns received after 45 days will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. LaserSketch Ltd will not pay for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error in your order,

  • There are no returns on special order, unless errors are due to LaserSketch Ltd

  • Returns of hazardous items require special handling. Please call our customer service department @ 630-243-6360 for instruction on how to make a return.
